All rules and regulations for planning and building multi storage car parks will be respected.Apartment ventilation (bathroom, toilet) will be activated when switching the light on and deactivated when switching the light off. Water consumption will be registered on water meters fitted in each apartment.Installing air conditioning unitsPiping will be provided in each apartment which will allow installation of air conditioning units (with the option of placing the outdoor unit in the kitchen balcony).ElectricityElectricity network will function on 380V (three-phased) and 220V, 50HZ. Electricity will be supplied from 2 sources: the usual source provided by an independent transformer station where there will be 2 transformers of 400 KVA each (for the pumping room, club complex, etc.) and two other transformers of 1000 KVA each (for the residential building, ground floor and basements). The second source will be an automatic generator, in case of power failure. The generator will provide power for lifts, fire systems, alarms, CCTV and infrared systems and minimum lighting necessities for security reasons.Security lighting will work in public areas (car parks, hallways, lifts) and will be composed of lighting fittings, switches and independent local batteries (to be moved as necessary). Electrocution accidents will be avoided by having an earth connection with an extension for all electricity panels. Each fuse will have an extension. Lightening will be prevented by installing 2 standard striking devices type PF~EVECTRON 2.The basement will be lit with florescent lighting, 25% of this will be used for security lighting and will be controlled by a fuse panel for the car park and 75% will be movement detection lighting.
