Description: The Boreal Development is situated just 5 km from both the city of Constanta and the beach-front. The development comprises 153 villas with a completion date of 2010. The villas are built on two levels (either Grd + 1st floor or Grd + loft) and comprise of 2 bedrooms, one living room, bathroom, separate WC, storage and terrace. The total land of each villas is 160-200 m² with 110-112 m² of built area. Please note that, even at this early stage, very few of these properties are still available. Constanta is the second largest city in Romania.
