The development is situated in an area of Bucharest called Stefanestii de Jos. This is just 1km from the future Bucharest – Brasov highway and only 10km away from Henri Coanda Airport. 2km from first ring road and 5km from planned second ring road. The development will comprise 64 hectares of land surrounded by a lake. The entire village will include 7,000 units. The first phase will comprise 1,750 apartments of studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and duplexes. The delivery date will be 2009. The total investment at Stefanesti Village will amount to over €850 million. The infrastructure will be built from scratch with new water, sewerage, gas and electricity networks.
