Description: This investment opportunity is backed by a top five European bank, quoted on a recognised stock exchange and is suitable for SIPP and SSAS pension investment. The structure will buy, make improvements to and sell land in Romania during its 3 year life, at the end of this period investors will receive their investment plus profits (minus performance fees, see below). The team behind the project have a verifiable track record of generating exceptional annual returns from their existing portfolio (>250% mean annual net IRR for last 5 transactions), have invested significantly into the structure themselves and will be paid fees based on performance (20% of all profits above 12% annual net IRR and 30% of all profits above 100% annual net IRR).
